The website www.wilderholistic.com (hereinafter “website”) is owned by Fawn Wilder, a Montana Sole Proprietor (hereinafter “Company”). You as a visitor (“User(s)”) of the website, agree to the following Privacy Policy. Any website use constitutes acceptance of the terms found within the Privacy Policy.

The following Privacy Policy informs you how the company may collect and process your personal data, including that provided by voluntarily subscription to services or newsletters, purchase of a service or product, contact submissions, or data collected automatically from website use.

Periodic updates to the privacy policy may occur. The Company will provide email notice of any material changes made to this Policy, except when minor changes are made. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, the Customer agrees to be responsible for reviewing any updated version(s) and agreeing to the policies of the most updated version.

Types of Data Collected

User(s) may voluntarily provide personal information when accepting free materials/services, email, newsletter, or subscriber list subscriptions, and/or completing a contact request. By providing this personal information, such as legal name, email address, and/or phone number,  User(s) opt in and agree that Company will collect, process, and retain information provided. User(s) decision to provide any information is strictly voluntary, and submission implies consent for the Company to collect, process, and retain it.

Consent for the use of personal information may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Company and requesting edits, updates, or deletion of stored information.

User(s) who purchase any service or material from the Company agree to additional information requests. This may include billing address, credit card or payment information, and other necessary data for purchase completion.  Information gained by purchasing a service or material will not be retained any longer than needed.  

User(s) may agree to engage in direct marketing communications through subscription to email campaigns, newsletters, blog entries, among other sources. User(s) who elect this interaction agree that Company may use data for media advertisement selection. The Company complies with the CAN-SPAM Act; as such, all emails from the Company will clearly state sender identification information and reasonable instructions on unsubscribing from future communications.

User(s) who complete the “contact us” or “stay informed” functions of website, or provide and communication data, including but not limited to email, social media messaging or posts, or text messages, agree that Company may collect information provided and may communicate with User(s) including but not limited to email, phone, text, or social media. Personal information and communication will be retained as appropriate and legal through appropriately secured platforms as a record of communication and services.

The Company reserves the right to utilize third-party applications such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, and similar services to obtain data from user(s) browsing activities/patterns/preferences. The Company also reserves the right to receive user(s) personal data from third-party services as permitted by law. Servicers may include, but are not limited to search engines, social media platforms, and third-party payment processing companies.

The Company may utilize Automatic Data Collection Technology by sending standard “cookies” to identify the user's browser. The company may utilize both session cookies, which expire with browser closure, and persistent cookies, which stay on devices until user deletion. Users can accept or decline cookies using web browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit website use or cause complete malfunction.

Information Usage

Personal identifiable information voluntarily given to the company is used in various ways. Information obtained during purchases/financial transactions will be utilized to complete billing and payment practices/services. Personal information such as billing address and credit card information will not be stored any longer than necessary and will not be shared.  

Voluntarily provided personal information obtained through subscription to free materials/services, email, newsletter, or subscriber list subscriptions, and/or completing a contact request will be used for communication purposes, service use tracking, and as necessary to complete the subscription/service request.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information may be collected to identify access and use of website services/materials. IP address may be collected, stored, and used diagnose technical problems with servers or our website, understand website usage patterns, and how often content is utilized. 

Storage and Sharing

If required by law and in the presence of a good faith belief that disclosure is required to preserve the company's rights, policies, and standards of use, the company may share information as is appropriate. All reasonable efforts to protect and safeguard will be taken.

User(s) information is stored through a data management system, and the Company makes every effort to ensure the highest level of confidentiality. Any legally protected information will be stored within a compliant data system. There are limited situations that require the Company to share confidential information, including through the use of website technical support, communication with affiliates and team members, and for legal and financial purposes.   The Company does not share, sell, or give sensitive information to any other company or person without the express consent of the user(s).

This website and third-party servicers are located within and operate within the United States. The United States and Montana internet laws govern all matters relating to this Website. If transferred to another country, data protection laws may differ. This Privacy Policy will remain in effect, governing personal information collection, storage, and use.  Use of the website and services constitutes acknowledgment of governance. Continued submission of personal information to the Website authorizes the transfer and processing of information.

Retention and Storage

Personal Information will be retained as long as the user(s) remain on the subscription/mailing list, as needed for order/purchase completion, and as required to meet legal obligations, dispute resolutions, or other reasonably determined needs. The user (s) may request the removal/deletion of personal data anytime. The user (s) retain the right to request information about data use and may also request a copy of stored data.  

Protections and Security

The Company does not have an appointed Data Protection Officer. Company processing operations do not require regular and systematic monitoring of data subjects, and no large-scale processing of sensitive categories of data are undertaken.

The Company utilizes protection and security compliance safeguards for personal data storage, use, and retention. In the event of a data breach, the Company will notify the appropriate parties as soon as possible.

User(s) agree that the Company cannot be held responsible for unauthorized third parties obtaining access to stored personal information without the consent of the Company. User(s) will not hold the Company responsible for any information that is intercepted without the Company's knowledge, permission, or consent.

User(s) Rights

User(s)have the right to update, edit, or delete their information from our systems. This can be accomplished by using the “unsubscribe”  button in emails or by directly communicating with the company by requesting edits, updates, or removal via email by sending a written request to Info@wilderholistic.com. Once unsubscribed, user(s) will be removed from the system as soon as possible and should not receive further emails from the Company unless there is a technological malfunction.

COPPA Compliance

User(s) must be legal adults (generally 18 years old or older) to gain access to the Company's website. User(s) must have the mental capacity and maturity to enter into this Privacy Policy.  The company does not knowingly collect or request information from or market to minors. If it is discovered that a minor is accessing the website, the Company will take all reasonable steps to delete all available information.

Exceptions to Privacy Policy

Unless otherwise stated, this Privacy Policy only covers information the company collects on its website. This policy does not cover clicking on third-party links or affiliate websites, which are beyond the company's control, responsibility, and liability.
